Everything on this website is copyrighted unless otherwise noted. Copyright Law protects the Artist and their artworks. All viewers should be aware that copyright remains the exclusive property of the Artist at all times. No reproduction of any images from this website for commercial purposes can be undertaken without prior written consent from CC HERKES.  At its absolute discretion, we reserve the right to change or modify all or any part of these Terms and Conditions of Use at any time, effective immediately upon publishing on the website. 

COLOUR OF ONLINE ARTWORKS DISCLAIMER

Every computer monitor has a different capability to display colours and that everyone sees these colours differently.  Our colour settings are set to sRGB or Adobe1998 depending upon the processing.  Please understand the actual colour may vary slightly from your screen monitor. We cannot guarantee that the colour you see accurately portrays the true colour of the artwork that you purchase.  Please read our returns policy should you be unhappy with the colours of the artwork that you have purchased.

SHIPPING 

Free shipping Australia-wide.  For international shipping rate quotation, please email hello@ccherkes.com   All shipping will be tracked, insured and will require an approved signature from buyer upon receipt of artworks.  Open Edition prints will be shipped through standard Australia Post.

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order detail to the email address you have specified.   CC HERKES will attempt to have your artwork sent within 7 working days.   This is a PRINT on DEMAND service to ensure the pristine condition of the photographs is kept intact.  Our specialised printing companies do get busy.  As we are located in a regional area of South Australia, postal delays may be due to the Australia Post service and/or COVID 19 related disruptions to postal services.  We will advise you should any delays occur.  If you wish to query a delivery, please contact us at hello@ccherkes.com

RETURNS

If you buy from our online shop, and if you are not happy,  you can return it to us in the same condition it arrived and you will be fully refunded for the artwork.  Please do not open the cello packaging.

To return an item, please email us at hello@ccherkes.com within 7 days of delivery/attempted delivery of your artwork, stating your reason for wishing to return the item as well as the collection date and address.  We will provide a return address and ask that you organise a return insured/signature on receipt of goods shipment within a week. 

Please print out this email and include it with the artwork being returned.  We will refund your purchase after the art is received and checked.   We will do everything we can to process refunds quickly, but please allow up to 10 working days.
